Refund policy

At Ageless Glamour Girls Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every item you purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include your order number and proof of purchase when requesting a return. Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us before sending your return to ensure availability.
